Our lives are defined by change. Our bodies change too! Our personal trainers develop achievable goals with a sustainable effect on your health to make the process as pleasant and dynamic as possible.
Your training concept is based on an extensive interview during which the personal trainer asks you about your lifestyle, your goals and what you want to achieve.
Following an introduction to the equipment at our 550 sqm fitness area you will train on a one-to-one basis with your trainer so that potential posture errors can be corrected and movement sequences optimised.
After your training session you will receive your personal training plan that you will be able to work with at home without any equipment whatsoever. Our fitness app will support your home training. You can use it to call up your personal training content, track the intensity and duration of your training sessions and better understand your achievements.
